This one-hour educational activity will address the growing challenge of burnout among healthcare providers and its impact on well-being, patient care, and professional satisfaction. Participants will explore the different levels of the healthcare ecosystem where stress arises and learn practical strategies to mitigate its effects. Through the application of mindfulness techniques, reframing skills, and evidence-based approaches to resilience, learners will gain tools to reduce stress in real time, enhance empathy in patient interactions, and strengthen their overall professional fulfillment.
