Description:
This virtual grand rounds will present emerging standardized quality metrics for Metabolic Dysfunction-Associated Steatotic Liver Disease (MASLD), focusing on their integration into electronic health records to drive clinical improvement and interdisciplinary coordination. Attendees will learn about evidence-based approaches to risk stratification using non-invasive tools like enhanced liver fibrosis scores, controlled attenuation parameter, and vibration-controlled transient elastography. The session will conclude with updates on therapeutic advances, including lifestyle modification protocols, emerging pharmacological options, and appropriate selection criteria for each treatment modality based on disease severity and comorbidity profiles.
