The Nursing Symposium brings nurses from all roles and care settings together for a focused day of learning, collaboration, inspiration. The morning session presents a forward‑looking view of nursing practice, communication strategies that strengthen nurse practice, nurse‑led initiatives that elevate patient experience. Sessions deliver evidence‑based insights from subject‑matter experts on simulation in education, curiosity in clinical practice, professionalism in nursing, drivers of excellence in patient experience. The poster session showcases nurse‑led evidence‑based practice, quality improvement, performance improvement projects. The symposium concludes with awards and recognition that honor the essential role nurses hold across the entire care continuum.
